Prodigy Oil and Gas Acquires Leases For Counties In Texas and Louisiana.

Prodigy Oil & Gas has acquired over 1900 acres in Louisiana and Texas counties for the purpose of exploratory drilling of the "Oligocene Frio Sand Trend & the Wilcox Sand Trend."

Prodigy’s prospective acreage is surrounded by numerous oil and gas wells and is located within the heart of the prolific "Oligocene Frio Sand Trend & Wilcox Sand Trend” which forms a belt of producing fields stretching across Texas and Louisiana.

Prodigy currently plans to drill four wells within this acreage to test an estimated 1,474 BCFG and 2,737 MBO in reserves.
